Refund Policy

Transparent terms on billing, credits, and subscription cancellation processes.

Effective date: May 30, 2026

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee on all our Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. If you are not completely satisfied with the chatbot ingestion speed, custom white-label styles, or RAG conversation qualities within the first 14 days of subscribing, simply submit a request and we will refund 100% of your payment.

2. Mid-Month Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time inside your developer admin dashboard. Cancellations will immediately halt next-month billing cycles, and your chatbot widget and API access will remain active under the premium limits until the end of your paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

3. Ingest Token & Message Excursions

Refunds are not granted in cases where a client has fully exhausted their monthly quota allotments (e.g. fully consumed 40,000 RAG messages or crawled 50,000 documentation pages) before requesting cancellation. Accounts suspended due to system exploits or API abuse are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send a billing support ticket with your registered account email to [email protected]. Our financial compliance team will evaluate and process your refund within 3 business days.
